Bill Evans – Almost Like Being in Love

The “Terminum” is a Raisin wine made from Gewurtraminer grapes, rich, complex and very intense, obtained from grapes harvested late with a high concentration of sugar. The long aging in barrels for 12 months helps to make it concentrated, soft and round. The nose is a riot of fruit, flowers and sweet spices; it is structured, sweet and very persistent on the palate. A real bastion in the wine-making reality of the province of Bolzano, Tramin combines tradition and quality. We are talking about a winery that has its roots in the nineteenth century: it was in fact 1898. Over a century later, the spirit and respect for a marvelous territory has remained of those times, that of Termeno and Lake Caldaro, which with its particular microclimate contributes to making wines with a strong varietal character, with a always clear personality it’s bright.
